Goldilocks And The Three Bears For Sale

Email me HERE and name your price for the piece below, and I will choose the best price I receive. It's even framed!

Here are some random things from the past few months. As of late I've been super busy working on new projects, I'll tell you more about them when I can!

On a side note, isn't this the cutest looking game?

Although playing it gives me a headache, it's nice to look at.

Awe-inspiring colors as usual. And the overall vibe to that robot piece; very Tomorrowland-ish. I dig.

Thanks :)

The robot was actually a commission and is based off the Toonami bumpers from the mid-90s.

I forgot what that game was called but I wanted it so much when it came out!

It's called Odinsphere- it's kind of frustrating to play though.

Yay to game cutes! I feel guilty being inspired by lamewad fantasy games. Yet it remains true

Everyone should give a bid for the 3 bears piece, and one lucky winner will be proud to have it! it looks even more incredible in person!!

damn, the guilt comes back...
I played Odinsphere nearly to the end, with every character available and then I got close to finishing it, the whole end of the world thing about to happen, and I let real life get in the way and I just stopped playing it, I bet I was past 90% of the thing. I remember collecting fruit and other ingredients and taking them to the restaurant so they could make cool food that would level up the characters. Then you get stronger and it's not that frustrating anymore, Kali. I suppose you have to know when to run away, sometimes you're surrounded by tons of enemies, and hit and run is the best strategy. Yeah, the game's pretty as hell. I wonder how many artists worked on it, painting every leaf of every tree so well...

Yes! Tomorrowland! That was I was thinking of! Why didn't that word come to mind? I love that whole 1950s sci-fi design style. Kali's the only one who can do it. Case closed.

That papa bear's pose reminds me of Gene Hazelton poses.

Should I tell them, Kali?

More goodness. I love that leaping Papa Bear. I'm sure I can't afford it.

I love the color coated heads. The painted look really works for you.

Gabriel, I have this problem with when they give mandatory tutorials on how to mix things, they won't let me pick up the items I need to make them cause my bag is full! And I can't discard anything because I'm stuck in a tutorial. There must be something I'm doing very wrong. How embarrassing.

Tim, you never know....

Jorge, yes Jorge owns that robot. It's his and his alone.

Thanks Thunderrobot- that one and the bear ones are the marker paintings.

Kali, you can drop the stuff from your bag on the floor. In the beginning it's really annoying, but then you'll buy more bags, larger ones, and you'll be able to carry a lot of stuff.

Oh, great drawings! I once knew this girl EXACTLY like the pink one with the big forehead...

Kali Fontecchio said...

I know I can drop stuff- it won't let me when it's in tutorial mode, which I can't seem to control. So it won't let me pick up the items I need for the tutorial, and it won't let me drop the items I have. Poo! Should I just sell everything before I walk into the tutorial again?

geez, i have no idea, it's been a while. But yeah, i'd get rid of fruits and seeds, those are everywere. Keep the rings and stones. Not that you won't run into them again later anyway....

i hope to become somewhat like you (only stay a male) in the sense of knowing who you know and also WHAT you know. thanks for the free inspiration!

Awesome marker sketches, as per usual. :3 Ever try designing RPG characters of your own, just wondering?

that game is so hard! i beat a few levels of it but called it quits when it got so frustrating to micro-manage all your items as well as fight those killer bosses...beautiful art though
