By request, the Lady Gaga. Not really a fan whatsoever, but she looks interesting! One of my favorite enemies from FF9, Gimme Cat! Loooooove! I was going to make a marker pic of myself for something, but I don't really know how I feel about this picture. I liked it in theory. Hmm.....any thoughts? John doodly doo doos:
Those are some great sketches. I really like the Gaga pose. The hips are so solid and nicely simplified. Like the cool highlight spot in her hair. Do more of that cat. That rubber hose torso is great. I wasn't aware of the character till your drawing.
Nice stuff! I really do like the portrait, but it does seem a bit cramped around the head; just a little. And the pose is a bit odd, but then again I don't know what you want to use it for.
Can't say that I'm a special fan of Lady Gaga either, but she seems to be more interesting and weirdly creative than the average modern pop star. I love your version of her... really nice drawing and terrific pose! I did few Gaga sketches and caricatures recently, probably will post one of them later.
If her next single actually was just her singning "cock" the whole time.....I have no idea what people would make of that, but I'd be curious to find out.
PS: I don't know if you're aware of their work, but I think this band of merry men (and perhaps one alien) is a great subject for caricature.

It's Brian Eno, second from the left in the pinstriped jacket with Joan Crawford eyebrows. He calls himself a "non-musician", but nothing he does bears this out on a musical level. Here we see him in his early days with Roxy Music. When he left/was kicked out/who-even-knows-it-was-the-seventies, he initially tried to top Roxy's stabs at making the weirdest glam rock ever and succeeded. (Makes the Devo connection sound just right, doesn't it?) However, he moved on to re-invent chillout music as high art, help Bowie discover a new sound without drugs for the first time and come up with sounds for computers to make when you turn them on, among millions of other things pertaining to everyone and everything, including Talking Heads, U2, Peter Gabriel, Coldplay and.....well, that's where it get boring. But so does everything after about 1975, sad to say. Even Roxy. But NOT DEVO!
Oh ya indeed! Nothing in contemporary music inspires me as much as that stuff and everything (using loosely) that came before it. Well, too few exceptions to mention...

Have you played that game? The art is amazing! Otis teacher Cecil Kim did a bunch of concept art on it too!

Is Lady Gaga crouching in blood or is it just a weird red shadow? O_o
Abraham: It is kinda cramped, I think it's more the colors that are bugging me though.
Amanda: She sure is!
Great! Now we must comenice with the fun-making.
Lady Gaga, prepare to experience humiliation. >:)

Indeed he does. The producer of Are We Not Men? is in that photo as well. Can you spot him?
I cannot! I feel lame now.

Is that Gaga a period piece?
Aww I love the Gaga sketch! Very cute. :)
Sorry, Yeah I meant "Hate" fighting the tree god.
I think I had the hardest time with..... that bonus boss on the floating Chocobo Island! That thing kept pulverizing me!
Who's Dumb Dumb's blackbird friend in your self portrait??
Your self-portrait is beautiful, by the way! Which is perfectly accurate!
